Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, and Baby Unit position at a Critical Access Hospital in Vermont, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience on night shift.
Responsibilities- Work setting is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont
- Position covers Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, and Baby Unit
- Night shift schedule
- Floating to other units is required, including coverage for Progressive Care Unit overflow
- 13-week contract
- Candidates must be prepared for a quick start upon offer acceptance
- RN license will be required upon acceptance of the position
- Attendance at department quarterly education sessions is required
- Position spans multiple sub-specialties including Labor & Delivery, Nursery, Perioperative, and Post-Partum nursing
- Active VT or Compact RN license required
- Minimum of 5 years of L&D nursing experience required
- Current certifications required: BLS/BCLS, PALS, and NRP
