• Provide direct nursing care for adult patients in Med/Surg and Telemetry during night shifts, including ongoing assessment, monitoring, and documentation
• Administer medications and therapies per orders and ensure accurate, timely charting
• Apply critical thinking to respond to changes in patient status and to coordinate care with the broader care team
• Perform charge nurse duties as assigned, including prioritizing patient needs, delegating tasks, and ensuring patient safety and quality standards
• Float to other units as needed to meet unit staffing requirements and patient care needs
• Communicate clearly during shift handoffs and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, RNs, and allied staff

• Registered Nurse licensure in good standing (Vermont) or eligibility for Vermont licensure
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on a 3x12 schedule with every-other weekend rotation
• Willingness to float to other units as needed
• Must be able to work independently and perform charge nurse duties
