As a Labor & Delivery RN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to mothers and their newborns. You will also have the flexibility to float to other units and manage overflow from the Progressive Care Unit, ensuring comprehensive care throughout the facility.
- Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float to other units as needed, including the Progressive Care Unit
- Participate in department quarterly education sessions
- Need 1 year experience in setting
