Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Experience in Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, and Baby Unit care
• Ability to float to other units as needed

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, and the postpartum period.
• Monitor and assess the health status of mothers and newborns.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure positive outcomes for mothers and infants.
• Educate patients and families regarding care and health management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards in nursing practice.

Compliance / Notes:

• Agency professionals are required to attend department quarterly education sessions.
• Personal transportation is strongly recommended due to limited public transportation options.
