Rate:
Up to $2400.00 Gross weekly + benefits available from day 1
Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Contract:
13-week Contract;
Local or Travel accepted
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work in a correctional setting
- Active RN License
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Obtain diagnostic tests and assist with medical or minor surgical procedures as needed
- Count and document controlled substances according to policy
- Document nursing encounters accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff, providers, and other healthcare personnel
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and protocols
