CNA - LTC​/SNF

Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility CNA

Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and observations.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment.
• Support medication administration under supervision, if applicable.
• Uphold residents’ dignity and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

• Possess an active CNA certification/license.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Exhibit compassion and patience in patient care.
• Complete required training, including COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.
