American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with OASIS experience for a dayshift position requiring VT or compact RN licensure.
Details- Home health and hospice setting providing outpatient care
- Travel between patient homes to conduct visits
- Uses Health Wyse (Careficient) EMR system
- Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm schedule
- Some weekend coverage required
- Emergency-only on-call responsibilities
- Active VT or compact RN license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) experience required
- Home health and hospice experience required
- Valid driver's license in good standing required
- Ability to manage and adjust to schedule changes
- Provide skilled nursing care during home visits including wound care
- Facility conducts its own background check for candidates
