American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with OASIS experience for a dayshift position requiring VT or compact RN licensure.

• Home health and hospice setting providing outpatient care
• Travel between patient homes to conduct visits
• Uses Health Wyse (Careficient) EMR system
• Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm schedule
• Emergency-only on-call responsibilities

• Active VT or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) experience required
• Home health and hospice experience required
• Valid driver's license in good standing required
• Ability to manage and adjust to schedule changes

• Provide skilled nursing care during home visits including wound care
• Facility conducts its own background check for candidates
