• Operate on a 4-days-on, 4-days-off schedule and manage two wood‑fired boilers.
• Monitor key indicators such as water level, pressure, temperature, and steam load.
• Transfer wood fuel from storage to the boiler and perform weekly maintenance duties.
• Clean tubes and ashes and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and provide constructive feedback.
• Use personal safety equipment in a dynamic environment with moving machinery and forklift traffic.
