Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS) seeks a Therapeutic Case Manager based in the Cornerstone School day treatment program in Caledonia County, VT. You will collaborate with a clinical team to support students in Newark, Sutton, and nearby towns, developing treatment and transition plans.
You will connect with families and school staff to coordinate services, crisis support, and post-program planning in a small-school setting, gaining diverse clinical experience in a supportive environment.
