The Headland puts its guests at the heart of everything we do. As our F&B Supervisor, you will lead the restaurant team to deliver an exceptional standard of service, create excellent guest relations, and exceed expectations. You will be the first point of contact for day‑to‑day operations.
Ideal CandidateUsing your previous supervisory experience in a food & beverage environment, you will be a great communicator, confidently engaging with guests and team alike. Your positive, proactive “can‑do” approach will inspire and create an environment where the team can perform at their best.
Responsibilities- Lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.
- Serve as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day operations.
- Demonstrate passion for genuine hospitality, product knowledge, and enthusiasm.
- Remain level‑headed, smiling, and composed during busy periods.
- Previous supervisory experience in a food & beverage setting.
- Excellent communication skills with guests and staff.
- Positive, proactive, can‑do attitude.
This is a full‑time permanent position based on a 40‑hour working week, including weekends and bank holidays.
