About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Housekeeper / House Manager to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across a 9‑apartment property. The role includes apartment changeovers, communal area upkeep, linen management, and being on‑call to assist guests should any issues arise during their stay.
Key Duties- Clean and prepare apartments after guest check‑out
- Complete ad‑hoc mid‑stay cleans when booked
- Manage linen, towels, and cleaning supplies
- Maintain communal areas (hallways, stairwells, entrances)
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Provide friendly, in‑person guest assistance when required
- Be available on‑call to respond to guest issues or emergencies
- Typically 1–3 changeovers per day (up to 5 during peak periods)
- Each changeover takes approximately 1–1.5 hours
