The Role:The Front of House Manager will oversee all guest‑facing departments, ensuring seamless service delivery from arrival to departure. You’ll set the tone for hospitality standards and lead teams that deliver warm, confident, and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee Front Office, Guest Relations, and Porterage
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of FOH teams
- Drive service excellence and brand standards
- Manage guest feedback and service recovery
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and Operations
- Support pre‑opening setup, systems, and training
- Experience in a Front of House leadership role within luxury hospitality
- Strong operational and people management skills
- Confident, polished, and guest‑focused leadership style
