Laundry Attendant

The Role

We are searching for an attentive laundry attendant to support the housekeeping team to maintain excellent standards in the laundry department to ensure 5
* guest satisfaction. The laundry attendant's responsibilities include cleaning, pressing, and folding linen and other textile articles.

To be successful as a laundry attendant, you should demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding linen and other textile items.
• Removing stains from items using the appropriate procedures.
• Tracking which item stock based on demand.
• Tracking maintenance and repairs on laundering equipment.
• Ensuring that the facility remains clean at all times.
• Anticipating and responding to the wider team’s requests and requirements.

This position is offered on a zero hour contract, however the role requires flexibility as the hours that are available will include working weekends and additional hours during our busiest times.
