The Role

Are you looking for an opportunity to work in an exclusive, award‑winning luxury Spa? We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our passionate team. Our spa team truly loves what they do, bringing a genuine desire to deliver the ultimate relaxation and wellness experience. As a key part of our guest journey, you will serve nourishing refreshments and light bites with a warm smile, setting the perfect tone for their visit while ensuring our beautiful dining and lounge facilities stay pristine.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Setting the Tone: Welcoming guests and members with genuine warmth, providing outstanding care, and guiding them through their luxury spa dining experience.
  • Elevated Presentation: Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the spa, restaurant, and relaxation areas.
  • Guest Engagement: Offering menu recommendations and taking drink orders to ensure an excellent dining experience.
  • Team Energy: Working alongside our experienced therapists and front of house teams to ensure a seamless, "feel-good" atmosphere for everyone.
What We Are Looking For
  • A natural hospitality mindset with strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude toward guest satisfaction.
  • Contract & Shift Pattern: This is a permanent, part‑time position working 24 hours per week over Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
