Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our Front of House team at the stunning Piran Meadows Resort & Spa in Newquay. This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week across 5 variable days, including weekends and bank holidays.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead, motivate, and develop the Front of House team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high service standards, manage rotas, stock control, budgets and departmental paperwork, ensure efficient food and drink service, monitor cleanliness and compliance, handle cash and EPOS accurately, identify training needs, and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
Responsibilities- Lead, motivate and develop the Front of House team.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
- Manage rotas, stock control, budgets and departmental paperwork.
- Ensure food and drink service is delivered efficiently and professionally.
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation and compliance across all Food & Beverage areas.
- Manage cash handling and EPOS procedures accurately.
- Identify training needs and support colleague development.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Previous experience managing a Food & Beverage or Front of House team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience using EPOS systems
- Previous experience within a holiday park, hotel or leisure environment
