As our Valet Host, you'll be one of the first and last people guests meet, creating a seamless arrival and departure experience that reflects the warmth, care and understated luxury Scarlet is known for.

This is far more than parking cars. It's about delivering five-star service, anticipating guest needs, sharing local knowledge and creating those thoughtful moments that transform a stay into something unforgettable.

• Welcoming guests with warmth, confidence and genuine hospitality.
• Safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles.
• Assisting with luggage and escorting guests to Reception.
• Supporting electric vehicle charging and vehicle preparation for departures.
• Providing local recommendations and sharing knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area.
• Maintaining immaculate arrival areas and valet spaces.
• Working closely with Reception, Housekeeping and Guest Experience teams.
• Supporting colleagues across the hotel to ensure exceptional guest journeys.
• Creating luxury experiences through thoughtful, personalised service.

You are:

• Organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
• A proactive team player who enjoys supporting others.
• A confident driver with a full, clean UK driving licence.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, concierge, guest experience or luxury environments is advantageous but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, personality and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
