The Headland Hotel Co. Ltd is seeking a Club Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for guests and members at the Aqua Club and Headland Spa. You will deliver a warm, personalised welcome and support guests across reception desks with a proactive, team-centered attitude.
We value exceptional customer service, flexibility, and the ability to multitask in a busy coastal setting. The role is permanent and includes varied shifts, closely aligned with our hospitality team’s needs.
