This is a permanent 35-hour contract, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

As a Restaurant Host, you'll play an important role in delivering the Scarlet dining experience, ensuring every guest receives intuitive, attentive and genuinely memorable service.

Your role will include:

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism from the moment they arrive.
• Delivering exceptional food and beverage service across breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar service.
• Confidently sharing your knowledge of our seasonal menus, drinks and wine list to enhance the guest experience.
• Preparing the restaurant for each service, ensuring every detail reflects our high standards.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and processing them through our EPOS system.
• Serving drinks responsibly in line with licensing regulations.
• Delivering room service with the same thoughtful attention as our restaurant service.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and health & safety.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every service runs seamlessly.
