Away Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Manager for Newquay Bay Resort in Cornwall. You will lead the Accommodation, Maintenance, Security and Guest Services teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure smooth operations across the park.
The role demands strong leadership, outstanding communication, and hands-on involvement in budgeting, P&L management, recruitment and development. This is a permanent, full-time position, 40 hours per week with a competitive salary and benefits.
