Electrician

Power and Control Systems Ltd are a leading company specialising in the manufacture, electrical engineering and assembly of bespoke critical power solutions.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit an Electrician to join our existing team.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Assemble and wire control panels to required standards.
Assist with panel modifications and fault finding as required.
Perform electrical testing, inspection, and quality checks before dispatch.
Work closely with design engineers to ensure correct build specification.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health & safety requirements.

Requirements:

Time-served electrician or relevant NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification.
Proven experience in control panel wiring and assembly.
Ability to read and work from electrical schematics.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
