Ann’s Care Homes in Newry is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support building and facility needs across our homes. You will carry out routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tiling and decorating tasks while ensuring health and safety standards are met.
You will work under the Line Manager, maintain records, report faults promptly, and provide on-call cover as required. A full driving licence and knowledge of COSHH and safety practices are essential, with 6+ months in a similar
