90 per day

Are you passionate about supporting children who have faced significant challenges? Our Junior Campus in Newton Abbot provides a trauma‑informed environment for students in Years 1–8. We focus on outdoor play, exploration, and small‑group learning to help children with complex life histories feel safe and ready to learn.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a school or care setting is required.
• Approach: A deep understanding of trauma‑informed practice and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
• Logistics: A driving licence is desirable. An enhanced DBS check will be completed (unless on the Update Service).

You will work in a specialised setting where every child has an EHCP, ensuring you have the resources and small class sizes needed to make a real breakthrough.
