• Serving customers with a smile and ensuring a positive experience
• Preparing and serving hot drinks and food items
• Maintaining cleanliness in the seating and service areas
• Supporting the team in keeping the environment tidy and welcoming

• A team player with a can-do attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Previous experience in food service is a bonus, but not essential
