Finlake Resort & Spa is seeking a Leisure Team Leader to support the Leisure Manager in running the day-to-day operations of our gym, leisure and spa facilities at Finlake Holiday Park.
You will supervise lifeguards, activity leaders, receptionists and cleaners, deliver high guest experiences, uphold health and safety standards, and mentor the team. We offer a competitive salary, 30 days holidays, pension, and ongoing training.
