📣Commercial Catering Engineer – Join Our Growing Team! 📣

We are a dynamic, reliable, and family run company with a reputation built on outstanding, customer-focused service. Due to ongoing growth, we’re looking for a qualified Commercial Catering Engineer to join our close-knit and supportive team.

The role

As a Commercial Catering Engineer, you will work across various commercial kitchens in hospitality, education, healthcare, and public sector environments.

Responsibilities
  • Carrying out routine PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive repairs on commercial kitchen equipment
  • Fault finding and diagnosis of gas and electric catering appliances
  • Installation and commissioning of commercial kitchen appliances
  • Responding to emergency callouts in a professional and timely manner
About you Essential Qualifications
  • COMCAT 1, 2, 3 & 5 – for commercial catering gas appliances
  • Commercial Gas Safety (e.g. CCN1 or COCN1 with relevant modules)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Electrical fault-finding skills (18th Edition not essential but advantageous)
  • F-Gas certification (for refrigeration, if applicable)
  • Manufacturer-specific training (nice to have but not essential)
Personal Attributes
  • Experience working in a field-based commercial catering role
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30, although some flexibility will be required at times.
