Handyperson, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Carpentry

We're looking for an experienced Handyperson to join a busy construction site.

Duties include:

🔹 Filling holes in concrete
🔹 Preparing work areas for other trades
🔹 Temporary carpentry including formwork and temporary doors
🔹 General site duties as instructed by site management

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years' handyman experience
✅ CSCS Card (Green or Blue – trade card preferred)
✅ Basic carpentry/bricklaying tool kit
✅ BPSS clearance (must be in place or currently in progress before starting – we can organise this)
✅ Basic DBS certificate (must already be held or you're willing to apply for one before starting)

💷 Pay:

• Standard rate: £19.00 per hour (Umbrella)

• Up to £23.00 per hour (Umbrella) available for highly experienced candidates with a relevant trade CSCS card.
