We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multi Tradewho will provide a maintenance serviceon social housing properties in the South Devon area.
Role Details/ Benefits:- Temp to perm
- £35,360per annum
- Company van and fuel card
- 21days holiday plus bank holidays
- Maintenance on social housing properties
- All aspects of maintenance work in properties, carpentry, window and door repairs, leak remedials etc
- Dealing with customers, being polite and professional
- Driving a company van safely and responsibly
- Following a spec to complete works
- Reporting to your Supervisor
- Good multi-trade experience
- NVQ in a trade (desirable)
- DBS – willbe completed prior to start
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving licence
