Looking for a hands-on role with immediate work opportunities? Baltic Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our clients in and around the Newton Aycliffe area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience, develop new skills, and work as part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and clearing sites for construction and landscaping projects
Clearing debris, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring a safe working environment
Setting up safety barriers and identifying potential hazards
Loading, unloading, lifting, and distributing materials around site
Operating hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
Supporting site teams with general labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions from Team Leaders and Supervisors
Good teamwork skills and an understanding of productivity targets
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
Reliable and punctual individuals who are keen to learn
