Client Relationship Specialist in a small Central Iowa law firm with four locations. The position would be located in our Newton office. Prior office experience is preferred. The specialist will work directly with clients and the attorneys while providing excellent customer service to clients.

• Superb customer service experience, on phone and in person.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, specifically excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Capable of working quickly and efficiently with little supervision.
• Ability to follow directions and use established systems to complete assignments.
• Dedication to work product and willing to go the extra step to make sure your work is done correctly and on time.
• Compassionate with people during trying times in their lives.

• Answering incoming phone calls for intake and scheduling of new and current clients.
