• Current Iowa Teaching License with a K-12 Instructional Strategist II: BD/LD (263) endorsement.
• Teacher candidates who currently hold a Strat I endorsement may be considered and will receive tuition assistance for graduate credits toward a Strat II: BD endorsement.
• Successful completion of both the physical and safety components of Nonviolent Crisis Prevention (CPI) training, provided by the district upon hire.
