Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety standards are followed, including correct use of equipment and PPE (zero accidents goal).
  • Oversee and support EHS behavior and initiatives.
  • Utilize quality metrics to improve First Pass Yield and defect reduction.
  • Monitor and support the correct performance of Tier 1 and Tier 2 and escalate as necessary.
  • Monitor and ensure the correct utilization of resources (raw materials, tools, and personnel).
  • Evaluate and develop supervisor performance, comply with TPI SMART goal setting and perform timely reviews.
  • Build teamwork and engagement within TPI core values and IDEA.
  • Foster and promote a continuous improvement culture and cost-out projects using Lean tools.
  • Monitor and approve personnel time and attendance to avoid manufacturing impact (payroll, permits, vacation, and disciplinary actions).
  • Ensure on-time and effective Oracle transactions.
  • Ensure proper implementation of engineering changes and deviations.
  • Comply with and enforce each of the points of TPI’s internal work regulations, Norm 035; ensure that the processes of the Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 140001, ISO 45000) are maintained and improved.
  • Ensure that TPI’s Mission, Vision, and Values are fulfilled and enforced.

  • Blade manufacturing experience (preferred):
    Knowledge of composite production processes.
  • Machines and tools knowledge (preferred):
    Basic understanding of equipment operation and safety.
  • Shift flexibility:
    Available for various shifts, including weekends and overtime.
Training Requirements
  • Must attend all mandatory HR training modules such as drug testing, harassment, FMLA, positive work environment, and related topics.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to be on the factory floor for long periods, potentially across all shifts.
  • Stamina to work 50+ hours per week to support plant performance.
