TPI Composites, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Newton, Iowa to develop cost-effective manufacturing processes. The role involves coordinating manufacturing launches for new or revised composite products and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Qualified candidates will have a B.S. degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in composite manufacturing. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and AutoCAD is essential.
