The Sheeter Assistant supports the Printing Manager in providing support, direction, and training to achieve KPI improvements through driving operational performance. Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Understand and comply with plant and warehouse department rules, regulations, and procedures
• Operator clamp truck and handle rolls
• Chock and splice rolls for the sheeter
• Provide break relief for sheeter operator and operate the sheeter as needed
• Handle and prioritize multiple tasks, read schedule, read status of current jobs
• Accurately complete all paperwork, including QA and production checks
• Keep area and machines clean and free of debris throughout shift
• Use computer to find information on upcoming jobs, lookup tooling locations, input production data
• Must be able to work overtime
• Work in harmony with others
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in manufacturing environment preferred

Physical Demands:

• Standing for extended periods
• Climbing stairs

PAY RANGE: $23.64 - $24.58

Responsible for compliance with all facility food safety, food defense, and quality policies and procedures including product safety (GMPs)/Sanitation policies and procedures. Employees must continually work to promote the orderliness and cleanliness of their work area in support of SQF/5S and other company standards.
