A Typical Day for a Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with The Village:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) for overall nursing leadership within our community.
  • Evaluate the quality of resident care, monitor compliance with current laws, process improvements and assist in implementing best practices.
  • Orienting, training and supervision of team members.
  • Assist in resident evaluations, and serve as a liaison for team member shift transitions.
  • Participate in survey sand inspections by various government agencies and more!
