Newton Village, a Cassia community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This award‑winning senior care community values your skills and dedication to excellent care. The role offers a $5,000 bonus for full‑time or $2,500 for part‑time positions.

Position Type: Part‑Time or Full‑Time
Shifts Available:
Evening: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Part‑Time or Full‑Time)
Night: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am (Part‑Time)

Location: 110 N 5th Ave W, Newton, IA 50208

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician’s orders and monitor for effectiveness/response.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident’s condition and take follow‑up action as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• Current Iowa LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in long‑term care preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
