Registered Nurse (RN)
Every other weekend;
Day shift from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices within a dynamic healthcare setting.
Delivering patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitoring patient status and reporting changes to the healthcare team.
Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Current RN license required.
Completion of Trinity Code of Conduct Form and Criminal Background Check.
COVID-19 vaccination and other immunizations as specified.
Completed Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
