Responsible for providing patient care in a medical/surgical telemetry setting. Demonstrate proficiency in monitoring patient vital signs and assessing patient conditions. Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
