Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in the Emergency Room setting. This role involves delivering urgent, comprehensive patient care while collaborating effectively with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders.
• Document patient history, treatments, and responses accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond rapidly and effectively to emergency situations with appropriate on-call support.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with valid state registration.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NRP, and PALS.
• Demonstrated experience in emergency or critical care nursing.
• Ability to remain composed and work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
