Manatt's in Newton, IA is seeking a Groundman for the portable asphalt plant during the seasonal travel cycle. You will assist with setup, operation, tear-down, and ongoing maintenance while supporting safe, efficient production on a strong, experienced crew. Must be able to operate a skid loader.
No prior experience is required. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Competitive seasonal wages, daily travel per diem, overtime opportunities, and a supportive team culture are offered.
