Building Maintenance

Our client in the transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage industry, is seeking a Building Maintenance professional to join their team. As a Building Maintenance professional, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting asset management and inventory control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, safety awareness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Oversee warehouse asset operations, including receipt, storage, and distribution of assets.

+ Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.

+ Record detailed asset information such as descriptions, serial numbers, quantities, and locations.

+ Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and enforce safety protocols.

+ Handle general warehouse maintenance tasks.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent.

+ 1-2 years of building maintenance and warehouse experience.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.

+ Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.

+ Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and order picker equipment safely.
