Midway Motors is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our Newton team!

As the first person many of our customers and visitors interact with, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a team.

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
• Schedule and confirm appointments as needed
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
• Handle customer information and paperwork accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Support the dealership team with other tasks as needed

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
  
  Comfortable working with computers and learning dealership software
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
