Our service department is seeking a seasoned technician capable of diagnosing and repairing today’s increasingly complex vehicles. If you have deep technical knowledge, strong troubleshooting ability, and experience with manufacturer-level systems, this is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking dealership environment.

• Diagnose advanced drivability and electrical concerns
• Perform major mechanical repairs including engine and transmission work
• Conduct hybrid and electric vehicle system diagnostics
• Complete manufacturer warranty repairs per guidelines
• Execute control module programming and system updates
• Support junior technicians with technical insight
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate repair documentation
• Maintain clean, organized work habits and efficient repair times

• Minimum 3 years of professional technician experience
• Factory certification (Ford/Lincoln strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with IDS, FDRS, or comparable OEM tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
