Conklin Automotive Group is looking for a dedicated Automotive CDJR Service Technician to join our esteemed service team. As a CDJR Service Technician, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. This position requires expertise in CDJR systems and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers. • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on CDJR vehicles following manufacturer guidelines
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections
• Use computerized diagnostic equipment to effectively identify vehicle problems
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair needs and maintenance options
• Keep up-to-date with training on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram products and services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure timely service

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive service is preferred
• Experience as a service technician, particularly with CDJR vehicles, is highly desirable
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a thorough understanding of automotive systems
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
