This can be a FT or PT on‑site role based in Newton, KS, for a Member Service Representative. The primary responsibilities include interacting with members to provide exceptional customer service, handling financial transactions accurately, assisting with account inquiries, and resolving member issues effectively. Additional tasks include promoting financial products and services, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the credit union's offerings, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

• Excellent Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy and basic software applications
• Basic understanding of Finance and banking operations
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor
• Prior experience in customer service or the financial industry is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance or business is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
