- Hospital‑employed role
- Open to Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine‑trained physicians
- 3 × 12‑hour shifts per week (nights or mix) – predictable schedule for great work‑life balance
- ED averages 15,000 visits per year
- Collaborative coverage – always 1 MD and 1 APP on each shift
- Competitive compensation with a $20,000 sign‑on bonus
