A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the community, grounds, and equipment in accordance with current federal, state and local guidelines and regulations, community policies and procedures, and as directed by the department director or supervisor.
Education, Experience and/or Training:
- High School diploma or equivalent desired.
- Experience in plant maintenance, electrical, plumbing systems, HVAC and equipment repair.
