Pack Operator (Shift: 8pm‑8am)
Will work on a rotating schedule. Will train on 1st shift for several weeks.
Responsibilities- Operate packer and palletizer equipment.
- Load/unload trucks and railcars using forklift or pallet jack.
- Manage order schedule and daily inventory.
- Prepare daily production report.
- Prepare COA’s (Certificate of Analysis) for load orders.
- Warehouse sanitation.
- Analyze flour with lab instruments.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance.
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effectively use computer applications.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Prior experience with manufacturing equipment.
- Experience operating mobile equipment including forklift, yard tractor, bobcat or track mobile (training will be provided as needed).
- May be required to pass a physical abilities test with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Physical ability to frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance and reach or lift at shoulder level, above shoulder level, and below shoulder level; frequently climb stairs and/or ladders; occasionally lift, shovel or carry up to 55 pounds; occasionally push up to 200 pounds of force; occasionally pull or torque up to 210 pounds of force.

Base pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, with additional earning potential based on experience. Targeted bonus of 5% OIP annually.
