Production Operator

Job Summary

The Production Operator I needs to be a dependable self‑starter with a desire to grow and succeed. Oversees operation of processing equipment and processes. Makes routine tests and observes, charts, and determines when process is complete. Works safely with batch processing equipment to produce high quality coatings products.

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) – High school diploma or GED is required
• 0–2 years related manufacturing experience

• Communication skills – proficient in written, verbal, and listening skills
• Demonstrated willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day Plant activities
• Familiarity with Safety activities, safe behavior observations, and team activities

• Production Operations/Manufacturing experience
• Paint/Coating batch processing experience

Base Hourly Rate: $25.00
