We are currently seeking an LPN for our Home Health Department. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing essential nursing services in a busy practice while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities- Work in accordance with the orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
- Focused on patient-centered excellence and apply quality communication and assessment skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Graduate of a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program required.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- Graduation from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing.
- BLS certification.
- Current Driver's License and Vehicle with current Auto Insurance.
